Sean Coughlin, the principal of the firm, has provided effective and efficient representation to individuals and businesses nationwide since 1993. Mr. Coughlin obtained his undergradute degree in Economics and History at the University of San Diego in 1989, and obtained his law degree at California Western School of Law in 1993. While in law school, Mr. Coughlin served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Louis DeCarl Adler, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of California. Since in practice, Mr. Coughlin has sucessfully litigated, arbitrated, and tried hundreds of complex disputes in State Court, Federal Court, and Bankruptcy Court.
